    What's Happening

    All website services are currently unavailable due to an AWS infrastructure outage affecting the us-east-1 region.

    Impact:

    • All pages and content inaccessible

    • URL redirects not working

    • User authentication failing


    Cause

    AWS is experiencing an outage affecting multiple core services including AWS Security Token Service. This prevents our request processing infrastructure from functioning.


    What We're Doing

    We are monitoring AWS's service health dashboard. Our systems will automatically recover once AWS resolves the outage.


    Expected Resolution

    Waiting for AWS to restore affected services. We will provide updates every 30 minutes.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. This is an AWS infrastructure issue beyond our control.

    Our website experienced intermittent slowdowns and service errors due to a performance issue with our analytics tracking system.

    Root Cause

    Analytics tracking calls were blocking the main website response, causing delays when the analytics service experienced issues.

    Resolution

    We optimized our system to process analytics tracking independently from website responses, ensuring external service issues can no longer impact site performance.

    This architectural improvement ensures similar analytics service issues will not affect website availability in the future.
